These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DashDashBoom, a product of Beekman One LLC ("we", "our", "us").

1. Agreement

By downloading or using DashDashBoom, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. The Service

DashDashBoom is a voice-powered car scavenger hunt game with an AI host. Players spot targets on the road and claim them by shouting voice commands.

3. Safety

DashDashBoom is designed for use as a passenger activity. Voice claims are hands-free by design so drivers can keep their eyes on the road. We strongly recommend that the driver does not actively participate in gameplay. We are not responsible for any incidents arising from distracted driving.

4. Subscriptions

• DashDashBoom offers 3 free games to all users.
• Unlimited play requires a subscription: $1.99/month or $14.99/year.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Interfere with other users' gameplay

6. AI-Generated Content

The game host is powered by AI. Commentary is generated in real-time and may include humor, sarcasm, or playful trash talk. "Roast Master" mode contains edgier content intended for adults only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of DashDashBoom are owned by Beekman One LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DashDashBoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, or $10, whichever is greater.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
